Özet (EN)

After the Covid-19 epidemic, which spread rapidly with the first case seen all over the world in 2019, the call center sector, which emerged with the need of technological development, has directed the office environment to work remotely. It is a quantitative data-based study to examine whether the employees are exposed to dangers and risks by staying away from the observational control available in the office environment with remote work, and to examine the adaptation and inconveniences of the environment. In the same way, the adaptation of the existing occupational health and safety laws and regulations to the remote working system and the new order in Turkey and abroad have been examined, and it has been investigated whether the occupational accidents experienced by the employees are also followed up with the simplest example. In the results of the sampling survey, when the occupational health and safety supervisors, the occupational safety specialist and the workplace doctor, were examined whether the environmental controls were carried out, it was concluded that the process was carried out by remote monitoring. Employer and team leaders are also discussed with their positive and negative aspects of their adaptations in workplace supervision and improvements.
