Abstract (EN)
It is known that our world has been struggling with many epidemics and wars throughout history. It is observed that the Coronavirus (Covid-19) infectious disease, which appeared in late 2019, affects the vital factors of people along with their health. It has been inevitable that educational practices will undergo a change within the scope of measures taken to protect against pandemic coronavirus disease. The change in traditional educational practices has also affected teachers, who are an essential component of education. The inclusion of education in family life can lead to an increase in work family conflicts and work stress. This is a phenomenon that can have an impact on performance. On the other hand, the concept of perceived organizational support may have a regulatory role in the impact of work family conflict and work stress on educational performance. This situation is the subject of the research. This study includes a literature review on the variables of distance education, work-family conflict, work stress, work/education performance and perceived organizational support. The study also includes research aimed at investigating the effects of school management support on the impact of work-family conflict and work stress caused by distance education on educational performance during the pandemic process, obtaining quantitative data, evaluating the data and revealing meaningful results. In this context, a survey was conducted on a total of 212 participants consisting of teachers and school administrators.
