Abstract (EN)
In this study, we will examine and determine the relationship between personnel empowerment, organizational identification and employee performance. In this respect, we will first explain the personnel empowerment, organizational identification and employee performance issues and then further investigate the relationships with each other. In other words, we will examine how personnel empowerment plays a role in organizational identification and the rise of employee performance. The survey fieldwork was conducted to measure our research. We reviewed the literature data to obtain the most appropriate scale for deciding the measures of our study and decided on 5-point Likert-style survey among the staff of participation banks in Turkey. The data obtained from 273 survey participants who answered all the questions evaluated via "SPSS" program and factor analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis, and comparative analysis was performed. As a result of the study; Meaning, Competence, Autonomy and Influence which are the subscales of personnel empowerment, positively influences the employee performance and organizational identification and a positive and significant correlation was found between them. And we also see that organizational identification has a positive effect on the employee performance. Key Words : Employee reinforcement, organizational identification, employee performance,
