Özet (EN)
Preeclamsia, emerging at the 20th weeks of pregnancy characterise with hypertension and last organ disfunction; is progressive multi systemic and human specific disease. İts incidence being between %7-10, it is one of the most important reasons of mother deaths. Because the onset of illness and clinical course cannot be predicted, there are needs for strong tools to early diagnosis and treatment. It is announced that Vanin-1 and lipocalin-1 shows different functions in different cells. Vanin-1 Coenzyme A (CoA) metabolism is seen to have relation with lipid metabolism and generation of energy. In recent years, most studies have clarified the role of vanin-1 relation under physiological conditions of oxidative stress of vanin-1 and inflammation. Lipocalin-1, is excreted in the glands such as mainly tear ( it is also called tear lipocalin) and tongue glands, tissues, nose, papilla and tracheobronchial mocosa. Lipocalin-1 is the main lipid connecting protein in the tear, hydrophobic, has the ability to clean the potentially dangerous molecules. Because uterus and placenta have the speciality of syntesizing a lot of molecules, these molecules are worked on. Pathologic physiology of preeclamsia, considering cellular level effects of vanin-1 and lipocalin-1, vanin-1 and lipocalin-1 is found remarkable to clarify the pathologic physiology of preeclamsia. In our study, vanin-1 and lipocalin-1 serum rates are examinated in serious preeclamsia (n=40), preeclamsia (n=40) and healthy pregnant (n=40) groups. The aim of the study, is to clarify the pathophysiology of preeclamsia that has not been clarified yet, give evidence to the relation between clinic of preeclamsia apoptosis, oxidative stres and inflamation through vanin-1 and lipocalin-1. In our study, it is seen the levels of not only vanin-1 (p<0,001) but also lipokalin-1 (p<0,05) in serious preeclamsia and preeclamsia groups to emerge statistically quite low according to control group. Preeclamsia, decreasing the level of these two indicators that show anti inlammatory effect, can be thought to create multi-systemic serious illness. To understand the level of vanin-1 and lipocalin-1 in foresight of preeclamsia activeness, it is beneficial to study uterine artery doppler combined with proteins such as sFlt-1, PIGF, AFP, İnhibin A. Key words: Vanin-1, lipocalin-1, preeclamsia, oxidative stress, inflammation
