A study about process walkthrough onto the part of improving porcess' performance

Proses approach becomes more important in last 20 years. The importance will be increased more in the following years. In this approach the most important gain is, the targets which are determinated from outputs with the help of customers participations. In quality management two basic principle come to the front : focusing on customers and continuously improvement. These principles triggers the others. Performance criterions of process?s are the important points to follow and to dwell upon in process improvement. In continuously improvement there are three target structures : effectiveness criterions, productivity criterions and process?s skills of being in harmony against the changeable conditions. Effectiveness is supplying the good or servise which customer wants, by understanding customers needs. Productivity criterions are related with the right usage sources. Stock costs, scraps, rework, etc. these are only the few problems that firms come face to face. Even the conditions are changed firms meet customers needs in the past, now and in the future, it is related with the ability of harmony In an organisation, process management is determining and defining the process, design process? owners and observe the process. The first step in an organisation which manage its process is defining. In defining step, documenting the process will not point out the truth always in this case by process walkthrough workers can understand what is exactly being in the process. The other way to follow in explaining variability in the process and to reach the process to excellence is six sigma. Six sigma is a process measuring method. In this method by defining the key customers and basic process, customer?s needs obtain. After present performance measuring improving actions put in to practice.
