It is intented to evaluate attitude training for the fuse of guidance and research center?s directors and teachers: For example; in Istanbul

In this study, it is intented to evaluate attitude training for the fuse of Guidance and Research Center?s directors and teachers. Participants are 208 directors and teachers who work in 26 different guidance and research center in 2008 ? 2009 education period in Istanbul only. Personel information form which is developed by researcher by scaning all releated literature and ?Kaynaştırmaya İlişkin Görüşler Ölçeği? which is developed by Prof.Dr.Gönül Kırcaali İftar are used to evaluate attitude training for the fuse of Guidance and Research Center?s directors and teachers datas are analysed by SPSS. Attitude training for the fuse of Guidance and Research Center?s directors and teachers is analysed by one way anova test and one sample ?T? test to determine the differance between multiple variables. Results are as follows: It is observed thatthe visions of directors and teachers about fuse are close to avarage.Statistically the differance of arithmetical means by gender is not meaningfull. Statistically the differance of arithmetical means due to status title in the Guidance and Research Center is not meaningful. Statistically the difference of arithmetical means due to education difference between workers is not meaningful. Statistically the difference of arithmetical means due to seniority between workers is not meaningful.Statistically the difference of arithmetical means for the fuse training due to ages between workers is not meaningful.statiscally the difference of arithmetical means for the fuse training due to getting private lessons is not meaningful .Statistically the difference of arithmetical means for the fuse training between workers who work together with private lesson student, is not meaningful.Statistically the difference of arithmetical means for the fuse training between the workers whom are having a child needs private lessons, is not meaningful.statistically the difference of arithmetical means for the fuse training between workers who need to have inside education for private education, is not meaningful.
