In today's world organizational change cannot be ignored. Therefore, it is very important for organizations to be aware of this concept and understand and study the factors that are related to openness to change. The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between organizational commitment and openness to change in FMCG sector. Firstly, theoretical background was written for both organizational commitment and openness to change. Correlation between components of openness to change and organizational commitment was tested. This study used both white and blue collar FMCG workers. 100 employees participated in survey. Convenience sampling method is adapted in the study. Data is analyzed by quantitative analysis techniques. According to the multiple regression analyses, affective and cognitive openness to change has a positive significant effect on continuous organizational commitment while continuous organizational commitment has a positive significant effect on all factors (affective, cognitive and behavioral) of openness to change.
