Development history and current situation of total quality management system in today’s Russia, and its differences in comparison with the international quality management system

The last century in the history of human being has been the century of most critical events that had directly impacted the final shaping process of the modern world. Wars of ideologies, politics and armies, economic crisis?s, unbelievable successes that are achieved in the fields of science, technology and industry, and developments in social and cultural lives of societies have turned this century to be one of the most special page in history. The World War 1 and the Revolution of Bolsheviks, as two most critical events of the last century, had prepared the base for a whole complex of all developments and tragedies happened during this century. World War 1 that had almost shaped final geopolitical map of the world meanwhile it had planted the seeds of the most dangerous war in the history of mankind ? World War 2. On the other hand, Revolution of Bolsheviks in Russia had made the world to get polarized and enter into an irreversible and dangerous competition during the left 70 years period of the century. Especially, after the Second World War, the developments in two ideological poles of the world in different directions, had made the management sciences also to follow up different directions. During this period, in one part of the world there had been structured a socialist countries block which had its own standards and own management philosophy, in another part, an absolutely different and strong capitalist world that was stimulating the self-management and was basely structured on the principals of economical benefits. These two ideologically different parts of the world had been mutually impacted the development of each other and especially this impaction has helped the management sciences to get its modern position. In 1990s USS - the socialist block, had been destroyed and there have been appeared tens of independent countries like Russia, which was in the leader position of former socialist block. After this, all these new independent counties have decided to apply market economy model and in this direction they have started to adapt and integrate their management system to the market economy conditions. In this study, I have tried to assess the current situation and problems of Standards and Quality Systems in the frame of Management System of Modern Russia applied in production, service, and trade areas.
