In this study, we examined the health establishments stocks Gaziantep University Medical Faculty Hospital of the internal control system and related internal control system have dealt with stock, diagnosis and treatment of patients with health services enterprises in order to maintain the main elements of manpower and materials.Effectiveness of the combination of these two elements also increase the quality of service offered. Material efficency can be achieved with the very well ?constructed inventory management.Stocks on the establishment of the Internal Contrlo System and hospital administrators make the right decision and if necessary corrective actions wil be given time to make an educated.
