Determination of the job sabsfaction's level of the directors of health, culture and sport department: İstanbul example

The data of this study; SKS department chair, Sports Coordinatorships, Culture Coordinatorships, Culture and Sports, SKS Department Directors. Weiss et al., (1967), in order to determine the level of job satisfaction and the personal information form developed by the researcher, a total of 47 persons carrying out the duties defined at the state and foundation universities in the academic year 2015-2016 with the aim of determining the job satisfaction levels of the administrative staff and academicians working in the field (Minnesota Job Satisfaction Questionnaire (MSQ), which was developed to measure job satisfaction and was translated into Turkish by Baycan (1985) and validated and tested for reliability and Cronbach Alpha value was 0.77. The obtained data were analyzed by Frequency, descriptive statistics, Man Whitney U and Kruskall Wallis variance analysis tests. As a result of the analysis of the data, there was a significant difference between the internal satisfaction scores of the research group at 0.05 levels, but no significant difference between the other parameters.
