Abstract (EN)
It is a natural process for conflicts arising from disagreements to be seen in all environments involving human factors. It is inevitable for conflicts to occur when you consider the fact that individuals in an organization have different feelings, thoughts, attitudes, interests, needs and beliefs. Conflicts which are acknowledged as the natural and inevitable aspects of human interaction, may lead to functional and non-functional outcomes according to the way in which the case is handled. For this reason, the conflicts constitutes a field which is seen as vital in terms of organizational effectiveness and productivity and by some writers the most important matter in organizational management. In this study that I have carried out, "The concept of conflict" is addressed as a subject of management science and its effects on organizations are viewed in conceptual framework. In this study, intra-organizational conflicts are viewed in terms of their causes, their parties and their ways of arising. Conflict is viewed as two subheadings: In terms of the place and the nature of conflicts. Conflict management, positive and negative aspects of conflicts and conflict resolutions are discussed.
