Abstract (EN)

The Companion Hz. Peygamber is the first generation who was raised by the Prophet who learned and applied the Quran and the Sunnah and passed it on to us. In this respect, it is extremely important for them to be fair and reliable. As a matter of fact, many verses of the Quran and Hz. Peygamber's many hadiths of the Prophet, it is emphasized that the Companions have justice and virtue, therefore it is pointed out that the Companions are just. In this study, The importance of the Companions and the approach of the sects to the issue of the justice of the Companions were given by the Hz. Peygamber. Thus, "Companions are all just." The way his view was evaluated by the sects was examined and the definition of the concept of Companions was made, and the views of the sects and the Ahl as-Sunnah about the Companions were explained. In the last part, the approaches of the sects to the subject are included, and it is stated that all of the companions have the quality of justice. It has been understood that they will not attribute a false statement to the Hz. Peygamber. Key Words: Hadith, Prophet, Companion, Justice, Zabt, Sect, Rivâyet.
