Personal mushafs and its effect on recitations

The seven letter license, which opened a different door to the sciences of the Qur'an, affected not only the science of recitation, but also all sciences based on the Qur'an. This license has brought with it the situation that a verse can be read with several different reading styles and that the same verse contains more than one meaning. With the granting of this license, the Qur'an has provided the opportunity to answer many problems, far beyond the number of pages written, and to present alternatives to these problems. It is known that the seven letter license has contributed in offering various alternatives to some verses and provisions. The various individual mushafs that have emerged as a result of this license will shed light on the nature of this license. In this study, recitation, narrator, mushaf, qiraat Imams etc. After introducing the area with general information, information about the content of personal mushafs will be given. In this study, many types of recitation are given in detail, and it will be seen that these recitation differences are aimed at explaining the Qur'an, and contrary to the thesis that the orientalists misinterpret the Qur'an and change the Qur'an, it will be seen that some types of recitation contribute to other sciences, especially to tafsir. While most of these differences have no effect on the meaning, it is clearly seen that some of them consist of notes written by the Companions and Tabin for themselves in their mushafs.
