Neuropathic pain clinical approach, neuropathic pain scales (VAS, DN4, and LANSS) and electro-neuro physiological methods were compared with each other. We determined that `Clinical and electrophysiological fiber involvement in patients with predominantly thick; routine nerve conduction studies, the dorsal sural nerve conduction studies, lower extremity RIII latency, median nerve and fibular nerve F-wave latency are effective.?Data collected from this study have been evaluated with the literature. In this study, when considered not to have such kind of studies frequently in literature, it provides valuable contribution in this field.Key words: neuropathic pain, cutaneous silent period, RIII reflex
