Advance payment for indemnity and expenses in insurance law

The main subject of the study is advance payment for indemnity and expenses in insurance law. In this context, in the first part, the development of each advance payment in the legislation, its similarity with the regulations in foreign laws, the reason for its stipulation in the law and its legal nature are evaluated. In the second part, the application area, conditions, performance of the insurer's obligation to pay advances for indemnity and determination of the amount to be paid are discussed. In the third part, the same issues are evaluated once again in terms of the insurer's obligation to pay advances for expenses, and in this context, the similarities and differences between the advance payment for protection and recovery expenses and the advance payment for legal protection expenses are revealed.
