Abstract (EN)

This study discusses whether satisfaction of insurance industry employees with compensation management has any influence on intention to leave. Within this framework surveying technique was utilized as a data collection tool and totally 202 surveys have been assessed. Survey results have been analyzed through SPSS 15.0 program; statements about satisfaction with compensation management and intention to leave have been statistically perused and interpreted. Survey results have revealed that the relationship between compensation management and intention to leave is on a medium level, and satisfaction with compensation management adversely affects intention to leave. In other words, if the employees are less satisfied with compensation management intention to leave will increase. From a demographic viewpoint it has been concluded that satisfaction with compensation management varies depending on the duration of employment in insurance industry and employee's title in the enterprise.
