Abstract (EN)
Corporate reputation, after increasing access to information and communication technologies is easier today than in the past, is a concept increasingly important in global competition among institutions. Corporate reputation embodies many concepts such as corporate identity, corporate image and corporate advertising, in a sense, how the organization looks in the eyes of the target segment, positive or negative thoughts of customers about it as a whole, in achieving success in the corporate activities, as well as providing management and competitive advantages is very important.Non-governmental organizations, in a sense of the confidence assurance between institutions and employees, can be considered as a communication link. On the other hand nowadays, non-governmental organizations have been passing the corporate reputation management, can be considered. Therefore, this study, corporate reputation perceptions of non-governmental organizations members in NGOs whether there is difference or not; according to whether they are active members of education unions or not, was examined.Research, members of education unions, who work in educational institutions in the province of Eskişehir ( n=181) people, were asked how they perceived corporate reputation of being members of the union. According to results, means of all factors of organizational reputation were higher in active members of the educational unions. Service quality, financial soundness, workplace environment, emotional affiliation, and corporate ethics for the mean difference between groups is statistically significant (p<0,05). On the other hand, management quality and social responsibility dimensions of difference between the groups was not statistically significant (p>0,05).Key Words: Corporate Reputation, Non-governmental Organizations, Corporate Identity
