Abstract (EN)
In recent years, rapid developments in technology have caused digital technological devices to take more place in human life. This situation has brought about the transformation of the term "creativity" into a concept that we encounter in almost all fields. Parallel to this, education, and in particular child education, has taken creativity into consideration within its own scope, taking into account today's changing conditions. Pre-school and primary school, where the individual receives his/her first education in a systematic way, has an important place in this sense. Considering the education period of the child, primary school education takes an important place in the child's life compared to the kindergarten period. Therefore, today, the professional creativity of classroom teachers has an important place in the mental and cognitive development of children. In-class interaction increases with creative work in and out of the classroom and has an important place in the development of children. With this study, it is aimed to discuss the thoughts of classroom teachers about creativity from their own perspective and its effects on school life. The study group of this research consists of 14 classroom teachers working in primary schools affiliated to the Ministry of National Education in the center of Amasya and Suluova district, and these interviews were provided with semi-structured interviews. Interviews were provided by the Interpretive Phenomenological Analysis used in qualitative analysis. In the findings of the analysis study, four themes were created: 'classroom conditions', definition of creativity', 'teacher model' and 'personal recommendations'. The findings of the study were presented with the answers received from the interviews and integrity was ensured. In addition, within the scope of literature research and findings, 'creativity in primary school teachers' was examined. In this context, it is thought that the results of the research will provide important clues to the classroom teachers in order to question how much creativity can contribute to students in and outside the classroom and to question the changes in themselves.
