Abstract (EN)
The aim of the research is to explore the impact of classroom teachers' seniority years, self-efficacy belief, job satisfaction and individual innovation on their self- realization. Correlational design was used in this study. Data were obtained by using "Teacher's Sense of Efficacy Scale", "Innovativeness Scale", "Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire", "Self Actualization" subscale of "Health Promotion Life Profile Scale". Mean and standard deviation, MANOVA, Pearson moments product correlation coefficient, Path analysis were used in the analysis of data. It was cocluded the internal satisfaction, self-efficacy beliefs and years of seniority had a positive effect on the self- realization levels of classroom teachers.
