Abstract (EN)
Objective: Solid organ transplantation is a treatment that requires precise monitoring after administration. To date, many miRNA expression studies have been performed to investigate the target molecules and pathways responsible for post-transplantation events. However, there is no integrative meta-analysis study that brings together the data of these studies and identifies potential targets and pathways. The aim of this study is to determine the biomarker candidate miRNAs in transplantation by combining similar research results in transplant patients and to identify the genes that these miRNAs target and the pathways associated with these genes by bioinformatics analysis. Method: A literature review of miRNA expression studies was performed in solid organ transplantation. Studies in tissue, blood, urine samples and case-control groups were included. Bioinformatics analyzes were performed using the KEGG, WebGestalt, miRWalk tools to determine the target genes and pathways specific to the miRNAs identified from the publications included in the study. Results: As a result of literature review, 56 publications including different organ types were included in the study. In total, 346 dysregulated and 3 unchanged miRNA profiles related to post-transplantation events were determined, including 182 up-regulation and 164 down-regulated subjects. Conclusion: Dysregulated miRNAs miR been identified as a candidate biomarker of miR-486-5p and miR-155 after organ transplants have been revealed about the relationship with the immune system rejection.
