Abstract (EN)
Together with traditional CRM practices, companies can now be very effective in Social Media Customer Relations Management marketing activities within the scope of Organisational SMCRM and the use of Social Media Technologies. It was examined that the SMCRM marketing activities may affect relationship-focused and income-focused sales performances of the companies. In this study, a conceptual model have been developed in order to determine the effect of SMCRM marketing activities on selling performances and the results of field studies about 153 Turkish companies have been discussed. The study concluded that there have been positive and meaningful relations between the examined variables.
