Abstract (EN)

The aim of this study is to reveal the effects of Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs on sports organization's employee motivation related with perceived performance of the employee. Concentrating on this issue where we do not have enough studies in this area -specially in Turkey-will prepare the ground for all researchers in the future related with employee motivation on sports organization. In the other hand this research will be a guide for sports organization to find the right way to motivate their employee, of course in conclusion with Maslow's motivation theory.
