Stratejik planlamanın Filistin'deki sağlık kurumlarının etkinliği üzerindeki etkisi

The study aimed to identify the impact of strategic planning on the effectiveness of health institutions in Palestine, according to several variables: (gender, age, academic qualification, job title, nature of work, years of service, location of the institution, type of institution). The study population consisted of all workers in health institutions in the southern West Bank, and the questionnaire was used as a tool to collect data. The sample included all decision-makers (general manager, director / deputy director, head of department / head of division) in the health institutions in the Bethlehem and Hebron governorates, and their number reached (293) decision-makers, as the comprehensive survey of the target community was conducted, and the percentage of the sample recovered from the field was (180) Questionnaires with (61.4%) of the target population. The results of the study indicated: Health institutions have knowledge and familiarity with the concept of strategic planning. Health institutions in Palestine also practice strategic planning extensively. Health institutions study and analyze the internal and external environments in a large way, and strategic planning has greatly contributed to reducing the effects of Covid 19, there are many obstacles to strategic planning. The results also indicated that the effectiveness of health institutions in Palestine was high, and many factors were available in health institutions that helped improve their effectiveness The results also showed a high impact of strategic planning on the effectiveness of the health institution. Finally, the results indicated that there were no statistically significant differences when Level (α≤ 0.05) on the reality of strategic planning in health institutions in Palestine according to variables: gender, age, educational qualification, nature of work, years of service, type of institution. While it was found that there are statistically significant differences at the level (α≤ 0.05) regarding strategic planning in health institutions in Palestine according to the job title variable in favor of a general manager and director, and the existence of differences according to the institution's location and in favor of health institutions in the Bethlehem governorate. It also showed that there were no statistically significant differences at the level (α≤ 0.05) regarding the effectiveness of health institutions in Palestine according to the variables: gender, age, educational qualification, nature of work, years of service, type of institution. When it was found that there were statistically significant differences at the level (α≤ 0.05) about the effectiveness of health institutions in Palestine according to the job title variable and in favor of a manager, and the existence of differences according to the institution's location and in favor of health institutions in Bethlehem governorate. The study concluded with several recommendations, including: (Enhancing full knowledge of the internal and external environments because of its role in the success of strategic plans at the enterprise level, monitoring the implementation of strategic plans and studying their effectiveness on an ongoing basis, working on evaluating previous experiences and knowing their strengths and weaknesses levels and employees in effectively formulating strategic plans, reducing the obstacles to strategic planning).
