Abstract (EN)

The study aims to evaluate the levels of AMH, Vitamin D, lipids profile, and some biochemical tests and the role it in evaluating the levels of ovary reserve in women with diet and to study whether there is an effect of deficiency or excess of vitamin D with AMH. Dietary vitamin D is primarily responsible for the metabolic control of calcium and phosphate homeostasis, which is critical in the prevention of many illnesses. The vitamin D receptor may be located in reproductive organs such as the ovaries, uterus, placenta, testicles, hypothalamus, and pituitary, as well as in the brain. The findings of the current investigation support the possibility that vitamin D has a favorable influence on enhancing AMH expression via acting on the AMH gene promoter, as suggested before. As a result, vitamin D may be able to raise AMH levels without affecting the antral follicle count or ovarian reserve in women who are taking the vitamin. Based on the current findings, it has been determined that there is no substantial Vitamin D influence on AMH levels in dieting infertile women, but that there is a considerable effect on FSH levels and LH levels. As a consequence, our findings provide credence to the notion that vitamin D may have a role in the reproductive function of infertile women.
