Abstract (EN)
Communication is a phenomenon in human life. People are always in communicationship for a purpose or by chance in the social life that the roles are continuously in change. In an interview that is made for a purpose the person be in a process of persuading or being persuaded. Besides, in a crime event the officers interrogate the suspects to persuade them to tell the truth. In this research, there will be suggestions on persuasion strategies and how to use them efficiently. So the police that are in charge of investigation are expected to manage the conversation by understanding the non-verbal communication very well and to come to the true conclusion.Key words: Communication, body language, persuasion, crime investigation, interrogation
