Being an old state, richness as regards of raw material, the population capacity of Ottoman geography presenting the consume group in the development of states economy most of inventors had done investment even if they had different aims in the Ottoman Country provided Ottoman community not to became under developed from the other communities.In the social and economical development of a community; building of prosperity, in other world, land-sea transport, communication, watering, agricultural reform, factory and developing and becoming common place of city services are very important. Thanks to being done public services in the area of agriculture, commence, industry and urbanization, between the closed areas; cultural, scientific and workfore movements are seen. In depends of these movements; in Second Abdülhamid age, prosperity structure caused important changes. These new service areas caused new taxes, buildings, establishment and economical concepts; the social structure underwent changes in big rates and the concepts of ticket-timetable-ubscription became common.In depend of betterment and generalization in the prosperity, ıt could be possible to see the sectoral development in the area of agriculture and industry in which direction: There were a lot of changed things for villager and city-dweller. Villager learnt to produce more and earn more, City-dweller learnt to live more modern and urbanize.
