Public finance in the sunnah (Sahîhayn example)

This study deals with public finance in the sunnah of the Prophet in the context of the relevant narrations in Sahîhayn. In the first part of the study; in Sahîhayn, the process of public finance is evaluated. In the second part; the public finance organization in the period of the Prophet is revealed. In the third part; zakat, ghanimat, fey and jizyah, which are the revenues of public finance, are examined in the axis of sunnah declaring the conditions and details of these revenues. In the fourth part, the parts of the Qur‟an related to public finances, the sunnah explain and the expenses based on the Sunnah are examined. In the fifth and last part, some of the principles that the Prophet put forward in public finance practices are tried to be determined. Reports about public finances in Sahîhayn have been taken into consideration; through the The Qur‟an verses, tafsir, hadith, fiqh, and other sources on the subject it is tried to understand the sunnah of the Prophet on the subject.
