Abstract (EN)

Today, there are radical changes in business life in an intensely competitive environment. Businesses that keep up with the change process can achieve sustainable superiority. Companies entered the restructuring process with the change, and in this context, the most change was experienced in the field of human resources. The most basic and most important input of the business is its employee. An employee-oriented management approach has been adopted with human resources management. For the success of the business, the concept of talent management has emerged, in which the talents of the employees increasingly come to the fore. The standard of healthcare services will rise as a result of effective human resource utilization and the use of manpower as a production element. Workforce is used in the provision of health services, and the idea of "talent" is included into the service's foundational elements. In the creation and provision of healthcare services, talent management is stressed as a sub discipline that is often assessed under the areas of career management and performance management. The importance of investing in the human resource considered to be the most significant asset in the health sector is emphasized. The purpose of the study is to examine how healthcare organizations identify and select candidates for talent management strategies. Findings from interviews with some large-scale healthcare institutions operating in this environment were evaluated. When the procedures for determining and selecting talent management are reviewed as a result of the survey, it is seen that each business has various practices specific to its internal dynamics.
