Abstract (EN)
People live most of their lives in buildings. The quality of life offered by a building occurs after the building was used. Therefore, building must be designed with physical and mental requirements. Post-Occupancy Evaluation (POE) refers to valuing an object, and evaluating usage, design and function. Post-Occupancy Evaluation in the most general definition analysis of the use object and whether it matches the state of the design parameters. The main purpose of the research; to determine level of meeting needs of the users studying in Faculty of Architecture (functional, technical, aesthetic) by using POE method. Therefore, Faculty of Architecture, which is one of the five building blocks of the Faculty of Engineering and Architecture of Dicle University, was limited to ground floor, first floor and students who use it in 2018-2019 academic year. The research was evaluated in terms of functional, technical, aesthetic and discussed within scope of short-term POE benefits. For this purpose, questionnaires were asked to evaluate the structure in terms of functional, technical and aesthetic aspects. The findings of research were obtained by analyzing the questionnaires in SPSS 22 program and supported by photographs. These findings were discussed in thesis, articles, other publications and various solutions suggestions were made. This research is very important in terms of architectural education, redesign the location of equipment, increase user's satisfaction and to create a basis for future work.
