Global impact of mass media in spreading culture and knowledge is so great. While Television undoubtedly the greatest era of mass communication tool at first, this has changed with the Internet.People are always interested in technological developments in the field heard an invention such as the internet has taken place in all areas of our lives. Today, many social networking sites have emerged, and how people communicate, interact, co-operation, even in the learning process and even re-shaped the work.The rapid spread of the Internet predicted, people want to have the opportunity watch the video at any time, excessive use, and considered as a new type of addiction to Internet addiction has begun to open.In this study, new possibilities of technology had brought out that people no longer watching TV addiction, Internet addiction, video surveillance has passed, will be discussed.Key Words: Internet, Television, Addiction
