Abstract (EN)

The transition of societies to oral, written and electronic cultural environments also increases the diversity of expression of cultural products. The increase in the use of mass media makes the consumption of television and television series widespread. Television is also extremely important in terms of reflecting cultural values, lifestyles and social relations in social life. In this respect, the cultural values of the occupational folklore in the occupational series have been tried to be conveyed. The study, which examines the occupational folklore, consists of three parts. The importance of mass media and the effects of television series on society were evaluated within the study fields of folklore, and the history, classification of occupational folklore were examined. In the second part, in which the selected examples from professional and traditional profession series are examined, traditional profession series are evaluated in the context of SOKÜM and cultural tourism. In the last part of the study, occupational folklore and occupational series were evaluated. Written, oral and electronic resources related to the subject were used.
