Abstract (EN)

In this study the isolation of bacteria belonging to Enterobacter, Pseudomonas, Bacillus genus from the soil in the area of Çan Thermal Power plant were fulfilled and the plasmid profiles of them were defined by identifiying their levels of heavy-metal resistance. Two studies of cultures biosorption which show resistance at high level to heavy metal were done.In total, 345 bacteria isolations taken from the soil examples of four diffrent stations in Çan Thermal Power plant area were fulfilled. To define the resistance of heavy metal, metal solutions of ZnCl2, FeCl3.6.H2O, Pb(NO3)2 and CuSO4 in varying concentrations between 8µg/mLwere added to culture media by using MIC method. 37 bacteria having high MIC level were defined via Vitek II identification tool and their plasmid profiles were done. It was identifed that 18 bacteria have plasmids.The cultures of Bacillus mycoides (izolat 26) and Enterobacter cloacea copmlex (izolat 10) were chosen fort he heavy metal biosorption. The heavy metal biosorption of bacteria were defined via the tool ICP. While the metal having the highest growing speed of biosorption among Fe, Zn, Pb and Cu metals which were used in the study for Bacillus mycoides (izolat 26) is Zn, it is followed by Pb, Fe and Cu orderly. While the metal having the highest growing speed of biosorption for Enterobacter cloacea complex (izolat 10) is Pb, it is followed by Zn, Fe and Cu orderly.
