Abstract (EN)

The aim of this research is to evaluate the effectiveness and quality of non-thesis master's programs according to the opinions of students who continue their Occupational Health and Safety master's program at Adana Alparslan Türkeş Science and Technology University. In order to determine the effectiveness and quality of the non-thesis master's program in occupational health and safety, information about the personal and professional gains of the students during and after the education process was collected. The opinions of 168 of 195 students who attended the program were collected through surveys and then analyzed. In the survey, 25 questions regarding quality and 13 questions regarding effectiveness were asked to the students. The obtained results were given in tables showing frequency and percentages in order to reveal the views of the students. According to the results, it was determined that the quality and effectiveness of the education program examined were found to be sufficient by the students who participated in the survey.
