And we determined that 6 of the patients (4.4%) are ATGB, 11 of them (8.2%) are ATPO, 15 of them (11.2%) are ATTG and 2 of them are ATGB, ATPO and ATTG serologically positive. These serologically antibody positive patients are accepted Hashimoto thyroiditis and/or celiac disease without taken biopsy. The Hashimoto patients were euthyroid so that given no treatment. The patients with celiac disease were given diet without gluten. The early diagnosis of HT and GDE in diabetic children, provides both better metabolic regulation in diabetes mellitus and early diagnosis of seconder malignities related to these autoimmune diseases.Key Words: Type 1 diabetes mellitus, Hashimoto thyroiditis, Celiac disease, Antithyroid peroxidase, Antitissue transglutaminase.
