The crime of torment in Turkish Penal Law

In this work titled "The Crime of Torment in Turkish Penal Law", it is aimed to reveal with all dimensions the place where the torment which is not organized as a type of crime in the period of Law No. 765 has conceptual and historical basis in international and national level. At this point it focuses on how the scope of the crime of torment is related to similar crime types, its position in national and international legislation, how it is handled in countries where it is accepted as a type of crime. In the work focused on the subject of mentioned, the problems that existed in our criminal justice system related to the crime of torment were voiced and proposed solutions by the doctrinal and judicial approaches towards them.
