Özet (EN)
The subject of my study, which I prepared within the scope of the Master's Program, is "Foreign Workers Under Turkish and Russian Labor Law". Today, the Russian Federation and the Republic of Turkey are one of the most popular countries in the world for foreign citizens who want to start a new life. Every year, a large number of visitors face difficulties with foreign citizens, obtaining work permits, prohibited occupations and various conditions that allow them to legally work in the country. In this study, the concept of foreign nationals, the legal framework that allows foreigners to work in another country, the types of work permits, the procedure for obtaining work permits and prohibited professions are examined. This study may be useful to those who are interested in the basics of the Russian Labor Code and labor legislation for foreign citizens, since in Turkish there is very little such information. In particular, there are no direct quotations from Russian legislation and the views of popular lawyers in Russia. Keywords: right to work, work permit, Russian Labor Law, foreigners, Turkish Labor Law.
