Legal regulations and International Law on disability rights in Turkey and Germany

In the first chapter of our study, the title of chapter is Disability Rights in International Law. Under this heading, The United Nations system of disability arrengements and particularly the 2006 United Nations International Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities. Another subheading of this sanction is the rights of people with disabilities in the European Union System. In the second part of our study includes The Basic Legal Regulations for The Rights of Persons With Disabilities in Germany. After reviewing these basic regulations, we have assessed the legal regulations applicable to the disability of the State of Berlin. The third part of our thesis has the title of Basic Regulations Regarding Disability in Turkey and Examination of These Regulations. Under this heading, it is aimed to classify and evaluate the legal arrangements applied to the disability in our country according to the subjects. In the last chapter of our study, the rights provided to the disabled in Turkey and the development of the status of these rights have been examined considering the international legal arrangements.
