Abstract (EN)

Turkey- AB/AT relations in our country?s agenda continues to occupy the first rows. The first application for full membership in the European Community countries together with Greece, Turkey, unfortunately, has yet to reach the goal. After him, acting became a member or member of a large number of countries have been under warranty, although the fate of Turkey-EU relations is discussed. B also has an important place on the agenda of this discussion.Increasing economic power, the idea that the most important aims of the EC institutions. A coming together of European countries, protectionist policies, leaving to one side, trading can achieve this goal considering globalism. On the other hand, consists of two super-power against the United States and Japan to hold the union, integration was necessary. Only in this way, these countries become stronger against to the competition.The advent of economic integration with the European Union today, was reached by passing several stages. ?Customs Union? from the ?common market? a passed, then a ?single currency? applying into force of the ?monetary union? took place. In this way, EC: economics, money, important steps towards the harmonization of fiscal policies has come.Total five-part description of this study were related to the first part of the SME, technology policies for SMEs in the European Union are addressed in the second part, third part, the European Union in the given general information about small and medium-sized businesses, the fourth section, small and medium-sized addressed the topic of small business enterprises and the fifth section focuses on problems and solutions.Key words: European Union, SMEs, Financial and Technology Policy, Monetary Union, Small Business.
