Comparison of Turkey a study on food safety in meat sector

Businesses of this research is to assess food safety practices, the scope of this evaluation in order to compare them with each other in the industry planned and carried out.Research universe of Turkey as the industry international supermarket chains to produce the red meat sector 17, white meat sector 10, further processing sector 12, the fish sector 8 and the entries in sector 4 of a total of 51 enterprises have been identified.
