Abstract (EN)
After the Turks accepted Islam, Sufism has come to a very important place for Turkish history. Particularly, the share of Sufi personalities in Anatolia becoming a Turkish homeland is very large. These personalities served as a bridge between the statesmen and the people from the day the Turkish Seljuk State was founded to the day it collapsed. They also triggered rebellions in Anatolia. Among them, especially Mecdüddin İshak, Bahaeddin Veled, Mevlana Celaleddin-i Rumi and Sadreddin Konevi are prominent figures who have close relations with statesmen. In our thesis, the activities of these mystics, who are a very important part of the social and political life of the Seljuk State of Turkey, will be examined, especially in the process before the state came under the Mongol domination.
