Abstract (EN)
The aim of this work is to put the existent structure of agricultural organizations in our country and by defining the problems of agricultural producers tu find possible proposed solutions. On the other hand; its aim is also to state and realise the worksof the legal reglulations founded, finding out the aims of the foundation and the similarities and differences of these enterprises.
