Abstract (EN)
Unfair Competition Investigation Against Turkey and The Analysis of The Incentive Applications for Exports (State aid) Foreign trade ; It is composed of external purchases, which are also called exports and imports, and includes trade figures made on foreign goods, goods and services. A significant part of the economic relations of an country can be observed in foreign trade statistics. Exports, which are considered to be the means of achieving economic development and having a high national income, it has great precaution on behalf of our country. Economic growth can affect foreign trade as well as foreign trade can affect economic growth. Foreign trade has two advantages: static and dynamic. Static benefit represents a one-time benefit of an international specialization and division of labor into a comparative advantage theory. Static benefit is one-off, but dynamic benefits are excessive and continuous. These benefits are most noticeable at developing countries. Since the 1980s Turkey in the framework of determining the development moel based export development; This policy has resulted in significant steps. Especially in recent years, economic fluctuations in the developing countries have led to intensification of competition in international trade, increased protectionist tendencies and eventually a more dynamic but more complex structure of international trade. Nowadays geopolitical and geoeconomic developments in world trade can not act independently of each other, to follow the developments in the world carefully and to determine the necessary strategies to get more share from world trade has become the key of a successful economic model; innovation with globalization and the production of high value products with unique and added value has become an indispensable element of the enrichment of the exporting countries. Since the export-based growth model is preferred in our country in the 1980s, export and export promotion are important. In this study, export incentives will be examined technically; It will be evaluated within the framework of the international legislation and it will focus on the measures against Turkey and the measures implemented by Turkey. The problems encountered in the existing practices and the solution proposal will be suggested in order to contribute to Turkish exports.
