In order to achieve efficiency fromemployees, company goals should be not only brought up properly for each divisions of thecompany but also the performance indicators of the each employee should be determinedharmonious with these company goals.Different from the methods used in the performance evaluation according to thegoals, this study proposes a model, which carries out the employee performance evaluationusing both quantitative and qualitative data with AHP technique.The questionnaire was sent to 500 SMES and ISO 500 companies in order todetermine asset of human resources department, their performance evaluation methods andthe knowledge level of the enterprises regarding the AHP technique. The data in this study,was gathered from the sales department of an enterprise in pharmaceutical industry. Themodel developed by using AHP technique was analyzed by using the Expert ChoiceProgram.Key Words: Performance Evaluation, Analytical Hierarchy Process, HumanResources, Expert Choiceiii
