Abstract (EN)

Robotic systems are widely used in many different areas such as industrial production, welding, painting, assembly and logistics. In addition to industrial uses, they also keep finding many places of use like health care, education, aerospace tech etc. Additive manufacturing machines, which are also known as three-dimensional printers, are getting cheaper and more available because of their open source nature. Thus, these machines are easily obtained by students and interested third parties. In this thesis robotics and additive manufacturing areas have been combined, 3 degree of freedom robot arm design has been made in CAD environment, kinematic and inverse kinematic analysis were made, designed structure was built with additive manufacturing and as last internal and external control softwares were prepared. A low cost robot arm design was made for students and for people who want to improve skills on robotics. Key Words: Additive Manufacturing, FDM, Robotic, Kinematics, Inverse Kinematics, 3D Printing
