Data collection tools were applied with both print and online methods. As a result of the analysis, significant differences were found between procrastination behaviors and psychological flexibility scales according to demographic variables such as gender, distressing events, diploma grade, professional goal setting, family income, severity of the distressing event and number of siblings. In the inter-scale relations, there is a negative relationship between the psychological flexibility dimension and the procrastination behavior; It has been determined that there is a positive relationship between the psychological rigidity dimension and procrastination behavior.
