Factors affecting performance of administrative personnel works in universities: Example of Tekirdağ

Associated with the new public administration understanding, performance management is one of the models which is primarily applied in private sector and after that transferred to public sector. Performance management is considered to be of great importance in meeting the expectations and demands of public employees. In this thesis, the factors affecting the performance of the administrative personnel of Namık Kemal University were emphasized and performance measures were explained by the interpretation of the Chi-Square, Anova, and Correlation analysis.
