Findings: 822 patients were included in the study. 587 (71.4%) of the head trauma patients included in the study were male and 235 (28.6%) were female. The majority of cases were between 13 months and 18 years old. The most common trauma mechanism was traffic accident, the most common complaint headache, and the most common mild head trauma patient group determined according to the glaskow coma score. Result: All cases presenting with head trauma should be examined meticulously, and even in cases with GCS 15, consciousness monitoring and CT options should be used to the maximum. Hospital records of patients applying to emergency services should be filled in carefully and completely in terms of epidemiological data and judicial procedures.
