Hydrocephalus etiological causes include congenital malformations (76,7%) meningomyeloselin-dominated first place. It's time for the first two months developing infections in patients with shunt inserted 66.6%, 3-4. Months 13.3%, 5-12. as has been identified between 20% a month. Cases hospitalization periods evaluated; 13 patient 4 for more than a week, less than four weeks duration of hospitalization of the patient's 17. Factors affecting the amount of time that the duration of hospitalization, clinical and laboratory findings made between statistical evaluations meaningful. A patient has been treated for Exitus. Shunt infections, complications and mortality was high a disease group. In these patients, early diagnosis and management of appropriate antibiotic therapy for prognosis and prevention of the germ are important to you.
