Abstract (EN)

The relations between the Ottoman Empire and Russia XVIII. Since the beginning of the century has continued gaining more weight. The aim of our study, between Russia and the Ottoman Empire XVIII. Including particularly experienced during centuries of political, military, economic and cultural relations were discussed. The study consists of an introduction and three sections. In the first chapter XVIII. Century Ottoman-Russian relations have been discussed before. Furthermore XVIII. In the early centuries of European states provided information about the general situation and the end of chapter XVIII. Century economic relations between Russia and the Ottoman Empire were also included. In addition, during this period the Ottoman-Russian relations, as well as winning the density of the Ottoman Empire and Russia as well as the social, financial, military and cultural areas of their innovations are evaluated. In the second part, III. Mustafa throne dealt with the political events, which occurred in the later sultans who ascended the throne given to the Ottoman-Russian relations and the end of the century Sultan III. Selim's throne, explaining the events of this chapter was terminated. In the third and final chapter XVIII. Century written information given Ambassadorwere evaluated. This is the most comprehensive information includes ŞehdiOsman Efendi's Ambassador. This aspect of the Ambassador taken prominence has helped more than others.
