Abstract (EN)

In this thesis, molecular phylogeny and phylography of wild goat (Capra aegagrus Erxleben, 1777) in the region of lakes were investigated. Wild goat was investigated in 2017 in Burdur, Isparta and Antalya and in 2018 in Antalya with the "Point Count Method" method. During the counting, local people were interviewed in the study area and the status of wild goats was evaluated. In order to evaluate phylogenetically, blood samples were taken from wild goats who were shot with hunting tourism and DNA structure was examined. The relationship between blood samples and wild goats, whether the lineage was the same or different, was investigated. During the study, the relationship between wild goats in the field, the places they use extensively and the frequency of appearances were evaluated. The causes of haplotype similarities and differences were investigated in the laboratory. Our study with blood samples in the laboratory has shaped our study in terms of phylogenetics. In this thesis, phylogeny and phylography of wild goats, environmental variables as well as economic importance are discussed.
